About

I am Domenico De Feudis, a director and screenwriter with a deep passion for cinematic storytelling. For ten years, I worked as an assistant director on numerous productions, an experience that allowed me to refine my vision on set and collaborate with some of the industry’s most respected professionals: Paolo Sorrentino, Valeria Golino, Francesca Comencini, Silvio Soldini, Michele Placido, Riccardo Milani, Ivan Cotroneo. This journey has shaped my personal style one that pays close attention to visual and narrative details, with a strong inclination for intense and engaging stories.

I made my directorial debut with Il legame, a horror film produced by HT Film and Indigo Film and distributed on Netflix, where i explored the allure of folklore through a story rich in atmosphere and suspense. I later directed La coda del diavolo, an action thriller produced by Groenlandia Film, starring Luca Argentero, Cristiana Dell’Anna, and Francesco Acquaroli, further solidifying my passion for visually striking and emotionally gripping storytelling.

Beyond feature films, I have directed several short films, including L’ora del buio, which was selected for the Sitges Film Festival, allowing me to experiment with new approaches to tension and atmospheric storytelling. As a director, I love to explore genre cinema in all its forms, from the eerie and unsettling worlds of horror to the gripping suspense of thrillers and the adrenaline-fueled pace of action films. My work is driven by a constant pursuit of stories that resonate and leave a lasting impression, using a visual language that blends elegance with expressive power.
